Jackson Park Apartments does not require a minimum lease period, however leases shorter than eight weeks require a $500 short-term leasing fee.  This fee will be credited to your rent if you extend you lease term.

Rent at Jackson Park Apartments includes heat, internet, water and trash removal. Tenants are responsible for electric, heating gas and cable.

To reserve an apartment we will require a completed housing application for each adult over 18 living in the apartment, as well as the reservation fee.  Following approval of your application we will notify you of how to submit the reservation fee.

The reservation fee is $300.  “Like” us on Facebook and receive a $10 discount on your reservation fee.   This fee is non-refundable.

If you are interested in sharing a two bedroom apartment we can help match you with another student of the same gender.

We will provide simple furnishings – standard size bed, table, chair, lamp and microwave.

The leasing office is located at  Frontier Realty, 1625 74th Street, two blocks north of Jackson Park Hospital.  The office is open between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Please contact us in advance if you are arriving outside of business hours.  Note, however, that internet access is not available until you visit the management office to sign your lease and pay your first month rent.

We do recognize that you may want to purchase additional furniture while you are here.  To receive 50% back on those purchases, email us with a description of the item and price.  We will respond promptly in writing letting you know if we will reimburse you for the item.  As long as the items are in good condition when you move out, you will receive a check from us the day that you leave the property.

As long as you satisfy the minimum lease period, we will be flexible on extending your lease. Our only requirement is that you provide thirty days notice prior to moving.

Most of our residents do not have a car. 1616-1620 E. 75th is located directly across the street from Jackson Park Hospital and you will not need a car to work at the hospital. 7505 S. Ridgeland is located one block east of Jackson Park Hospital and you probably will not need a car to work at the hospital.

There is parking located behind the building at 1616-1620 E 75th.
NOTE:  your car will be towed at  1616-1620 E 75th Street unless you have a current parking tag hanging from your rearview mirror.  If you arrive outside of office hours and cannot receive a parking tag do not park in this lot.  7505 S. Ridgeland has ample street parking available.

Small dogs and cats are welcome!  However there is a $500 non-refundable fee for them to stay at the apartment buildings.

Unfortunately we do not permit you to sublet your apartment.
