Short Term Leasing
Leases shorter than eight weeks are permitted, however there is a $500 short-term lease fee. This fee will be applied to your rent if you extend your lease term.

Move out and Returning Keys
Avoid a $100 lock replacement expense – please remember to return your keys directly to the management company, not other students!
Pet Fee
Small dogs and cats are welcome! However there is a $500 non-refundable fee for them to stay at the apartment buildings.
